2nd - 5th July 2025

ITINERARY
2ND JULY
Welcome Party
Once we check into the villa and settle in, join us on the courtyard to welcome everyone to the first day of celebrations with cocktails and food.
3RD JULY
Wedding Celebration
Witness our wedding celebration in the olive trees at borgo basti creti, followed by drinks, Italian aperitivo and dinner with the views of the tuscan hills.
4TH JULY
Pool Party
Cure your hangover with a hair of the dog, pool-side games and BBQ food (game and music suggestions welcome).
5TH JULY
Breakfast & Check-Out
We'll enjoy a final breakfast together ahead of the midday check-out. Transport will be organised for those going back to their airport.
During any of the spare time at the villa, please relax and enjoy the pool, tennis courts and grounds. They are all ours!

VENUE
Borgo Basti Creti
We have hired the entire grounds of Borgo Basti Creti, a secluded little hamlet on the Tuscan-Umbria border. One of our favourite things about the venue are the unspoiled views of the valley, rolling hills and vineyards. We hope you love it as much as we do.
All of us will be staying on site, rooms will be allocated later on and updated on this section of the website (don’t worry, you’ll be with people you know).

TRANSPORT
If you’re flying, there is a ‘preferred’ flight and secondary flight for each day from both countries, these are only recommendations but it suits the itinerary plan the best. Please note that you will be paying for your own flights and luggage.
As there is a welcome party on the first day we’d advise arriving earlier so you can relax and settle in beforehand.

ATTIRE
As everyone here knows, Denva loves clothes so prepare yourself for this section.
1
Welcome Party
A casual evening cocktail party. Colourful, comfy and light outfits recommended.
2
Wedding Celebration
The wedding will be in the late afternoon/evening so make sure you have some casual clothes for the day leading up to the ceremony. For the ceremony when the weather is cooler there is a black tie dress code.
LADIES
Although the dress-code is black tie, I would say it is more like a glamorous Italian evening. Bold statements, textures, patterns and colours - no such thing as too much. I would love it if you could stay away from ‘plain’ and go wilddd. Think vogue, chic, italian. Any element of green in your outfit is fine.
Give Georgie a message before you buy anything if you're unsure (+44926984750).
GENTS
Jacob will be wearing a bow tie and asks that everyone else wears a bow tie to match. Although traditionally restricted to Tuxedos, if you want to wear a ‘normal’ black suit with a bow tie, this is also fine. (if you don’t have a tux and want one, I would recommend hiring for the weekend as it’s much cheaper).
3
Pool Party
Wear whatever you want.
A PSA: Denva will be wearing a cute swimming costume with a boujee cover up. Jacob will wear some nice swim shorts with an open shirt and boat shoes. So you get the vibe.
